Course Information:
As new scientific information becomes available through basic and clinical research, recommended treatments undergo changes. The presenters have done everything possible to make this course accurate, up-to-date, and in accordance with accepted standards at the time of presentation. The presenters are not responsible for errors or omissions or for consequences from the application of the course, and they make no warranty, expressed or implied, in regard to the contents of the course. Any practice described in this course should be applied by the participant in accordance with professional standards of care used with regard to the unique circumstances that may apply in each situation. By registering for this course, the participant agrees to a release of liability in order to take part in the course.
Refund Policy:
Rehab Learning Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the registration or event nonviable. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a registration or event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to the same course at a future date.
Rehab Learning Center reserves the right to cancel a course or change a presenter up to four weeks prior to the first day of the course. The course can be canceled at any time due to acts of God, family, or medical emergencies related to the presenter. The course organizers will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the course, other than the cost of the course.
Full refunds, minus a $60 administration fee, will be given if a written request is received up to two weeks in advance of the first day of the workshop. We regret that requests received after that time cannot be honored. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received. Refunds will not be given to registrants who fail to attend some or all of the workshops.
On-Line Courses:
Virtual items and memberships are excluded from the refund. You may cancel a membership anytime, and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle. If you fail to cancel before a new billing cycle starts, you will not be refunded the charges. Request to cancel via email.
